Return/Exchange Policy: Glitz & Glam Boutique
All items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for store credit or exchange only.
No cash refunds!
Customer may return for store credit or exchange for another size or item.
All items being exchanged/returned MUST comply with the following:
--Must be unworn
--No stains or odors are present
--No returns on jewelry due to hygiene safety.
--Tags must be attached
The following items are FINAL SALE
--Accessories (Jewelry, Hats, Hair goods, Sunglasses, etc)
--Shoes/Boots
--Intimates (Bralettes)
--Mugs/Cups, Candles
--Clearance/Final Sale Items
Defective/Damaged Items may be returned at the discretion of Glitz & Glam. The defective item must still fall under all of the return eligibility requirements.
Any item being exchanged/returned may be refused if our sales associates suspect any of the above.
